QI (energy-life essence)
Qigong (exercising, or time) is a 5000 year old exercise to
balance out the energy, body and soul. I like to think it´s
a way of improving the whole body (self, body, intellect).
Qigong is a natural way to get in touch with yourself and
the ground base for movement with concentration, and a key
to Taiji. A key to living a happier life, coming closer in
touch with the natural rhythm of nature.

We train several types of qigong, One that we work
diligently with is Hun Yuan Qigong. Hun Yuan Qigong is created
by Master Feng Zhi Qiang. To mix the Heaven (Yang) and Earth (Yin)
energy with your original energy. A qigong created to
balance energy of the inner body with the outer energy. Hun
Yuan Qigong consists of 16 movements, the ground techniques
come from Hu Yue Zhen the famous "Qigong Father."

Yin & Yang
The yin/yang sign signifies yin (black) in yang (white) the
balance of energy. You can think yin and yang are like a magnet.
It has a positive and negative and in the middle is complete
balance. Every side has a positive and negative energy, when
you put the two negatives together they reject and try to
switch to the other side. Another way to look at this is a
ball that has its polarities, everything must be balanced
in order for it to hold its roundness. The same is in sickness
a very yin problem can turn to yang, or by eating something
like sugar (very yin) creates a overload of energy, sugar
high (yang), which turns back to yin (no energy).
Another example of yin/yang is water
a very soft element yet if you dumped
it from a high
distance it is very hard when it lands. If you
try to split water
it so soft and just moves, a very difficult
task. Water has the ability to wear out a hard stone over
a long period of time (waterfall),
something so soft yet so hard.
